Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Dadbod Renewed LLC (“Dadbod Renewed,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit dadbod-renewed.com, use the Dadbod Renewed app (on the web, iPhone or Android), or buy from our shop, how we use it, and the choices you have. Short version: we only collect what we need to run the site and fill your orders, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Order details. When you buy something, we collect your name, email address, shipping address and order details.
- Payment information. Payments are processed securely by Wix and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
- Basic site data. Like most websites, our site and its hosting provider (Wix) collect standard technical information, such as your browser type, device and pages visited, and use cookies or similar storage to keep things like your shopping cart working.
- App account data. If you sign up for the Dadbod Renewed app, we collect your account details (such as your name and email address) and the information you choose to enter so the app can build your plan and track your progress. That includes your profile (such as age, height, weight, goals and experience), your workouts (exercises, sets, reps and weights lifted), body weight entries, optional progress photos and waist measurements, daily check-ins (such as sleep, energy, soreness and stress) and daily habits.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including sending receipts, download links and shipping updates.
- To run, secure and improve the website, shop and app.
- To answer your questions.
- To send you news or offers, but only if you’ve chosen to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job:
- Wix hosts our website and shop and processes payments.
- Printful prints and ships apparel orders, so it receives your name, shipping address and order details.
- Base44 hosts the Dadbod Renewed app.
- Apple and Google process payments if you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, under their own privacy policies.
- We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your fitness data stays private. Your workouts, body weight, progress photos, check-ins and habits are used only to run the app for you. We don’t sell them, and we don’t share them with advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies and links
Our site uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features, like the cart, may stop working.
Our Recommended gear section links to products on other sites, such as Amazon. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your app account and the fitness data in it for as long as your account is open. We keep order information for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.
Deleting your account
You can delete your Dadbod Renewed app account and all the data in it at any time. Use Delete my account at the bottom of the Profile screen in the app, or email support@dadbod-renewed.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll confirm and delete your account and its data within 30 days. We may keep a limited record of past purchases where the law requires it, such as for tax purposes.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel those in your device’s subscription settings.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing emails, by emailing support@dadbod-renewed.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we’ll honor them.
Children
Our site and products are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
